A place for every wedding detail.

Use a QR code on an invitation, welcome sign or table card. Link to your wedding website, RSVP form, shared photo album, playlist, registry, menu or directions.

Create the page or album with your chosen service first, then paste its sharing link above. Check that guests can open it without signing in.

Is it free, and will the code expire?

Yes, it’s free. There is no watermark or scan limit. These are static QR codes: the information is stored in the image, so the code itself does not expire. Linked websites still need to stay online. If the destination link or Wi-Fi password changes, make a new code.

What happens to the details I enter?

Your code is made in your browser. The generator does not send your links, messages, contact details or Wi-Fi passwords to us, and it does not save your inputs to browser storage. Analytics are disabled on this page. The website host still handles ordinary page requests; a website guests visit after scanning has its own privacy policy.

Anyone with the image can read the information in it, including Wi-Fi passwords. Use a guest network and only include details you want to share.

How do I make sure it scans?

Choose a dark colour on a light, plain background and leave the clear border intact. Start at about 3 cm wide for a simple printed code, and make detailed codes or signs viewed from a distance larger. Test the finished design with a couple of phones before printing.

Should I download PNG or SVG?

PNG works well for most invitations, documents and websites. SVG stays sharp at any print size. A white background is the simplest option for scanning. Transparent removes all white, including behind the centre icon, so place it on a light, solid background. The chequerboard is only in the preview.

Can I save it on my phone?

Download the PNG, or use Share image when your browser supports sharing image files. Copy image also depends on browser support and permission. If either option is unavailable, download the image instead.

Will every phone open every type of code?

Links are the most widely supported option. Wi-Fi, email, SMS, contact and calendar actions depend on the scanning app and phone. A message code opens a draft; it does not send it. Test the action as well as the image.
