After my own elopement in 2022 (just me, my husband, our two kids, and the magic of the day), I realized how much I adore honouring love in all its forms. Combining my experience as a yoga and meditation instructor, public speaker, and therapist, I hold space with a calm, grounded presence that makes people feel at ease—while sprinkling in humour and mindfulness to keep things real and meaningful.
